How can I report incorrect hotel information?
Choose Editorial correction in the form and include the relevant 5stays page, the information that needs attention and, where possible, an official source.
Can I nominate a hotel?
Yes. Hotel owners, representatives and travellers can bring a property to our attention. A nomination does not guarantee inclusion or affect its position.
Can a hotel pay to appear in a shortlist?
No. Hotels cannot buy inclusion or a higher position in a 5stays editorial shortlist.
